Well where I live were about a week into school and this year has been a little bit different than most years. Homework seems to be something that this year my kids have had alot more of. Believe me I’m not complaining as homework is something I had to do growing up so they will learn from it. I have helped them with their homework and I have to admit things have sure changed over the years. The things we had to learn before we could move on it seems they don’t really do much. I remember in math we have to learn all our math tables or we didn’t move on. It’s just not that way anymore at least where my kids go to school. I guess every school system does it different. I’m starting to wonder if we should have a universal system that way kids would feel lost or left behind if they move into another system. Just a thought. Comments |
